Shaped by chance and quiet intentions, this whisky lay hidden deep in the shadows of our distillery š„ā¦ maturing in secrecy, stowed away for a future unknown one might say. A blend of the known and the curious, it has now emerged with highlights not even we expected.
Nose š
Buttery, fruit-forward, vibrantābursting with orange zest š, grapefruit š, a whisper of buttery chocolate š« and charred wood š².
Palate š
Black Forest cake šš«, rich fruit chocolate, molasses, spice, and a ribbon of vanilla.
Finish š„
A zesty, fruity liftāthanks to the hops that once ran through these casksāunexpected yet glorious.

This is our first ever Triple Cask releaseāa journey into uncharted waters āļø, and one weāre damn proud of.

What makes this dram different?
Why take this spirit to sea?Ā The movement of the ocean keeps the whisky in constant contact with the wood, while shifts in temperature and pressure speed up the ageing process. The result is a whisky shaped by the elementsālayered, bold, and full of character.

Mindfully distilled within the confines of our copper still, it is the synergy between the purest malts sourced from the North of the state, the pristine waters of and the cleanest ocean air of Tasmaniaās untainted East Coast that balance and mature our spirit perfectly.
