This fresh take on a classic Aussie lager is made with unfiltered Pilsener and Wheat malts for a fuller flavor, plus Bavarian Munich malt for a subtle honey sweetness. Tasmanian Cascade hops impart a light floral aroma and a crisp bitterness. A great BBQ beer and the master brewer's favorite, it pairs nicely with grilled fare, nachos, and Gouda or Havarti cheese.
