We've been quietly making incredible whisky right here on the edge of the Tasman Sea in our giant copper pot still, housed in Tasmanian made barrels in our oceanside bond store for the past 8 years. This special-edition whisky is a celebration of Ironhouse Tasmania and its journey from a brewery growing up. Help us celebrate where we have been, and where we're going!
