The idea to establish our own microbrewery grew from personal experience and a dream, that is every man's worldwide. In true entrepenerial sense we decided to mix pleasure with business, as we realised that the attraction of a brewery could be the draw card that white sands resort needed to attract more visitors.

With the Brewery's official launch onto the beer scene at Hobart's BeerFest in December 2007, the new range of beers were sampled with enthusiasm by beer drinkers from Tasmania, as well as many vistors from interstate and overseas. With a growing number of orders and discusions with distributors well under way. We are confident that our family's investment and hardwork will be rewarded. We look forward to establishing oursleves as another great Tasmanian product and White Sands Estate becoming a true food and brew toruism destination.
